Custom dimensions according to customer drawings, samples or technical parameters. Available materials: carbon steel, 304/316 stainless steel, brass alloy. Surface treatments such as zinc plating, nickel plating, passivation are available.
Pan head phillips drive. The spring provides elastic pre‑tension force to compensate assembly clearance, realize buffer pressing, anti‑loose and shock absorption effect, preventing screw loosening under vibration.
Widely used for clamping & fixing chassis panels, heat‑dissipation modules, instrument modules and automation equipment components.
